Kathryn is a Global Partner and leads BTS’ North America Region. Kathryn’s client work spans industries and helps clients make strategy, operating model, digital and culture transformation successful by focusing on humans.Kathryn specializes in working with senior level leaders on large-scale transformation especially when it is both a strategy/business model change and organizational/ culture change. Kathryn helped a pharma/med tech company choose between strategic alternatives for growth. She has worked with an Asia-based pharma company to determine their future focused culture and expectations of leaders and drive to priorities. She helped a global communications company integrate a major acquisition bringing together strategy, culture and ways of working. She has helped a growth stage alternative energy company align strategy and action to bring a technology to market that will improve sustainability of the planet.Kathryn was formerly a Managing Partner in Accenture’s Strategy Practice where she also focused on strategy-driven and technology-driven transformations.
