Fredrik has been with BTS for 19 years and held all the positions from entry level consultant to Executive Vice President.Fredrik has initiated, led and grown the relationships with our largest clients in the US such as Salesforce (for 10 years), and Chevron (for 10 years) and some of the larger companies in Scandinavia such as Schibsted. In this role, Fredrik led the design and delivery of leadership development for thousands of senior executives and hundreds of thousands of leaders for fortune 100 companies during his 16 years in San Francisco. He has co-innovated many of the core solutions and methodologies at BTS including moments based simulations, executive leader labs, AI coaching bots, AI 360s, and hybrid simulations.Fredrik has also worked with senior executives in leading global companies to design and deliver their leadership summits and executive offsites. He has partnered senior executives in organizations such as Salesforce, NetApp, Chevron, Okta, Schibsted and NBIM and others to help them develop as executives, executive teams and align their leaders to new strategies and develop the new leadership and mindsets required to execute new strategies and transformations.He led the largest global BTS office, Western US, and had responsibility for the growth of the business, the growth of the talent, and delivery for all the clients. In his current role, Fredrik leads Talent Leadership and Learning for EMEA and the coaching global center of excellence.Outside of work Fredrik is enjoying learning to Wing Foil in between playing with his two young boys.Based in OsloBA with Honors in Management Science and Operations Research, University of StrathclydeLanguages: English, Norwegian
