Xenia is a Senior Director at BTS, recently relocated from New York City to São Paulo to lead BTS Brazil. She is now focusing on the Latin American region, transitioning from managing key global accounts. Xenia leverages her extensive experience to support local clients in strategy and culture transformations, bringing her background and expertise to the region.As a generalist, Xenia has worked across most of BTS's areas of expertise. She has served diverse industries such as Consumer Goods, Banking, Manufacturing, Technology Services, and Pharma, with a strong emphasis on strategy alignment and building leadership capabilities for business model transformations.Her experience spans from designing and facilitating strategic off-site experiences for senior executives to year-long, multi-touch journeys for small teams to high-touch 1:1 executive coaching. She effectively guides clients and global teams through customized business and leadership simulation-based journeys to achieve better business results.She holds a Master's of Science in Global Affairs from New York University and a B.A. in Economics from Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus, where she played Division I Women’s Tennis.
