With 20+ years of experience in consulting, management, and software services, Vanessa has led global teams, advised executives, and helped organizations bridge strategy, leadership, and culture. Previously, she served as Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Pantone, Esko, and X-Rite (Danaher Corporation), implementing equitable hiring, talent development, and retention strategies.

She is the author of Falling Together: A Tale of Believing in Your Own Magic, reflecting her deep belief in self-discovery and resilience. Vanessa holds an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and brings expertise across Retail, CPG, Healthcare, and Pharma.
