Neena serves as the Head of Faculty and is a Senior Director at BTS, where she spearheads the community of professional associates across Asia, Australia, Africa, Middle East, Southern Europe, and Latin America.

Having lived and worked across various countries, including Germany, Japan, China, Thailand, Hong Kong, and India, Neena's diverse experiences have equipped her with a unique perspective. She excels in understanding the nuanced interplay of culture, education, and business environment on an individual's mindset and behavior.

With a background in the airline, automobile, global mobility, and event management industries, Neena has led diverse teams in business development and customer focus. She has also acted as a strategic partner to global relocation firms, enabling change agility and cultural integration.

As an accomplished leadership, executive, and intercultural advisor, facilitator, and behavioral assessor, Neena is passionate about helping others grow and succeed. She firmly believes in the innate desire of humans to be happy and flourish. Neena's commitment to each client is to stand by them, offering unwavering belief, support, challenge, and encouragement.

Drawing from her extensive business experience in leading teams and developing sustainable systems, Neena challenges and supports individuals and teams to grow and evolve with a special emphasis on intercultural aspects, diversity, transitional challenges, and change resilience.

Neena is adept at working with individuals and teams remotely and in person. She possesses a keen eye for detail and the ability to think and act quickly with empathy. Her expertise lies in collaborating with small groups, particularly leadership teams, in developing their vision, resolving conflicts and developing shared purpose.

Throughout her journey, Neena has worked with leaders across multiple sectors, including government, NGOs, and MNCs in the FMCG, banking, IT, retail, insurance, advertising, and automobile sectors. She has worked with professionals ranging from graduates to C-suite executives. Neena has been a valued member of the BTS team since October 2014.
