Michael has over 20 years of experience designing and implementing assessment solutions for roles spanning from individual contributors to C-Suite executives for selection, succession, and development. Michael also provides consulting servicesrelated to developing high performing leadership teams. He has provided consulting services to clients in over 25 countries. Currently, Michael is responsible for BTS Leader Labs which are used by clients to develop their leaders understanding ofstrategy, business/financial acumen, and leadership skills. Leader Labs are also used by clients to assess potential successors for critical roles.Prior to joining BTS, Michael worked at Korn/Ferry, a global executive recruitment and advisory firm. At Korn/Ferry, Michael was responsible for creating their custom simulation-based executive assessment solutions for a broad range of clients;including Saudi Aramco, Ralph Lauren, International Monetary Fund, and Johnson & Johnson. Michael has also served as an expert witness in the U.S. on matters related to job classification. He has published and presented on a broad range of topics; including cross-cultural differences in assessment centers, and predictors of turnover in the workplace.Industry expertise: Michael provides consulting services for a broad range of industries; including heavy equipment/machine industry, high technology, banking, insurance, health sciences, oil & gas, consumer goods, and retail.
