Luba Koziy is a Director for BTS in the New York office. She partners with clients to develop and deliver customized learning solutions that accelerate strategy execution and achieve organizational objectives. Since joining BTS, Luba has specialized in high impact executive training simulations, executive strategic alignment, organizational strategic cascades, innovation, leadership, and developing financial and business acumen.Luba’s previous professional experience includes working at a start-up debt settlement firm where she helped clients regain financial stability through negotiations with major financial institutions. She also played a key role in transforming the firm from a simple start-up to a stable and profiting business.Luba was born in western Ukraine and moved to New York at the age of four where she has lived since. Her Master’s degree in IO Psychology is a testament to her passion. While economists and psychologists tend to have conflicting beliefs, Luba particularly enjoys blurring the line between the two fields.
