Kevin is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the human capital space. He has coached hundreds of executives, worked with executive teams to gain greater alignment and productivity, and has designed and implemented award-winning leadership learning processes and organization change initiatives. Kevin has served on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards, and his experience spans business and academia with expertise in consulting, facilitation, and coaching.Kevin has worked across most major industries around the globe and brings significant experience with due diligence and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Prior to joining Bates (now BTS Boston), he served as Associate Dean for Executive & Professional Programs at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. In addition, he had a private coaching and consulting firm, Blueprint Business Consulting. Prior to Daniels, Kevin was the Chief Consulting Officer at Interaction Associates (IA) where he was responsible for the quality, growth, and development of Interaction Associates’ 50-person Talent Network. Prior to IA, Kevin served as the Chief Operating Officer for Karlin Sloan & Company (KS&C), where he oversaw Sales, Client Relations, and Operations. KS&C is a leadership development consulting firm that specializes in executive coaching.Kevin was on the team that developed the Gallup Q12, the Bates LTPI™ team assessment, and is certified in a range of leadership assessments including the Bates ExPI™ and the Change Ready Leader.Industry expertise:Kevin has worked with some of the world’s leading companies in Pharmaceuticals, Health Care and Life Sciences, Retail, Financial Services, Technology, Communications, Manufacturing, Mining, Utilities, and Insurance.
