Kevin Bronk is a facilitator and consultant with expertise in change & transformation, strategy, business acumen, and innovation. He is focused on accelerating strategic alignment and execution for his clients by partnering to co-create and facilitate highly customized experiences designed to increase alignment, drive strategic execution, multiply leadership capability, and spark targeted innovation.Kevin is passionate about helping leaders see and experience their strategy, leading to better questions, better dialogue, better decisions, and ultimately, better execution. He has extensive experience designing and facilitating executive offsites and development experiences for innovative, high-growth companies.Before he joined BTS in 2016, Kevin worked in strategic communications and public education. He is an alumnus of Teach for America, where he focused on early education and special education in San Jose, CA. After serving in Teach for America, Kevin focused on growth and development work for a public charter school network, helping to open elementary schools in underserved communities around the nation. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in journalism and digital arts. Outside of work, Kevin is an avid skier, freelance photographer, and graphic designer.
