She has worked across both the Assessment Practice and Leadership & Coaching Centers of Expertise. As a Leadership & Coach Consultant in the San Francisco office, Keni draws on her background as a clinical therapist to create transformative leadership experiences. She also designs and facilitates diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.With over ten years of experience as a clinician, project manager, national consultant, and trainer, Keni brings a wealth of knowledge to every engagement. Before joining BTS, she ran her own social impact consulting business, offering tailored services in project management, strategy development, stakeholder facilitation, and learning solutions.Keni holds a B.A. in Sociology and Education from Wheaton College and earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pennsylvania.Industry Expertise: Keni’s diverse industry experience—spanning technology, aviation, retail, pharmaceuticals, banking, and cruising—enables her to bring a fresh perspective to her clients.
