Senior VP & Partner Head of Assessment Solutions and Head of Talent – Central Area
Josh is a Senior Vice President and Partner at BTS North America where he leads some of BTS’ largest global client relationships. In addition to working closely with his clients, Josh is the Head of Assessment Solutions for the Central Area, and also leads Talent for the Central Area.Prior to BTS, Josh worked for The Boeing Company, where he was most recently the lead Engine Trending & Diagnostics engineer for the West Coast C-17 Operating Bases. In this role, he provided real-time engine data analysis on a 24/7 basis to the United States Air Force and International C-17 customers.Josh holds an MBA from Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, and a Bachelors in Physics from Loyola Marymount University.Josh lives in Chicago with his wife and two children, Claira (6) and Ryan (3).Industry Expertise: Josh leads BTS’ retail industry vertical, and has deep experience working in the healthcare, hospitality, software, and manufacturing industries.
