Javier is Senior Vice President and Local Partner at BTS. He is also Head of PRO (quality and efficiency in project execution) for the Growth Markets area: Southern Europe, LATAM, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Australia.He has brought new clients to the Spanish office; he manages some accounts and leads deliveries for all audiences. He has led projects and seminars for multiple practice areas and in multiple technologies. He is also currently responsible for the Netmind business unit and participates in global projects in English and Spanish.Industry expertise: He has extensive experience in Banking and Energy, and occasionally works for industries in the Telecommunications, FMCG or Manufacturing sectors.
