Javier is a Senior Vice-President for BTS and the Managing Director of BTS Germany, overseeing operations across Austria, Switzerland and Germany.Before joining BTS, Javier worked for the Ford Motor Company as a Sales Manager in the Remarketing unit and as an Analyst for Citibank in the Corporate Finance Department. At BTS he was Head of Revenue across Southern Europe and Managing Director of Latin America for 4 years. Javier has been a guest lecturer for EOI in Madrid and IAE Business School in Buenos Aires, Argentina.Industry expertise: Cultural transformation and strategy initiatives through talent development and new ways of working are some topics Javier has addressed in previous engagements. The work has always been done in close collaboration with the client, thus grounding it in their unique historical, cultural and business context.Javier has worked with some of the world’s leading companies in CPG (Global Chair for this Industry at BTS), Retail, Banking, Manufacturing (Automotive) and Technology; including IBM,HP, ABInbev, Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods, Beiersdorf and Harley Davison.
