Ignacio is a Senior Director at BTS where he also leads the Strategic Alignment and Business Acumen practice in Europe. Ignacio is particularly passionate about innovation in the way the work of management is performed, having earned his PhD in this field and published his research in several outlets.Besides his experience at BTS, Ignacio has held senior positions as a VP Capital Planning & Prioritisation in a major Telecommunications company and as a Commercial Finance Director in a Media network. These experiences allow him to closely identify with his clients’ challenges and provide a point of view that balances consulting and industry.Based in Amsterdam, Ignacio leads client projects on a range of strategic issues, industries and geographies – from strategic alignment amongst top leadership teams to deploying strategic initiatives amongst front line leaders. He has tackled complex strategy execution challenges in Telecommunications, Banking, Professional Services, Flavours & Fragrances, and MedTech.
