Gad is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years of experience working with clients on talent and team development initiatives, culture and business strategy transformation. He has coached hundreds of executives, worked with executive teams to gain greater alignment and productivity, and has designed and implemented award-winning leadership development and organizational change initiatives. His facilitation skills, in both large offsites and in-tact team settings, ensures that diverse voices and ideas are solicited and leveraged to create momentum for new ways of working and leading. Gad has worked across most major industries and regions of the world, including extensive time in Africa, South Asia and Latin America.Prior to joining BTS, he served as the Dean of the Bechtel Leadership Academy and graduated with an MBA from Yale’s School of Management .
