As a Director specializing in BTS’s Change & Transformation and Assessment COEs, Emily has worked with some of the world’s leading organizations to drive organizational culture and talent transformation. She has led many high-profile projects, partnering with clients that range from C-suite executives to individual contributors on the execution and realization of organizational strategy and the creation of valid, high-fidelity assessments used throughout the talent lifecycle. Leveraging her training in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Emily has provided consulting services in areas such as organizational development and change, culture transformation, leadership assessment and development, strategy alignment and execution, and diagnostics.Before joining BTS, Emily was a Project Manager at Polaris Assessment Systems, Inc., a boutique talent assessment firm that was acquired by BTS in early 2019.Emily holds a B.A. in Classics and Psychology from Xavier University. In addition, she earned her M.A., also from Xavier University, in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She has published her work in multiple journals, and her research has been presented at regional, national, and international conferences.Industry expertise:Emily has experience in a wide variety of industries, including biotech, pharmaceuticals, technology, oil and gas, financial services, and the federal government.
