Cheryl is an Executive Advisor and Coach with BTS. In her work coaching and advising executives, she combines her deep experience in executive leadership roles with extensive experience advising and consulting to help her clients accelerate their performance and deliver results. Cheryl joined BTS in 2018, leading the East Coast region for the Sales and Marketing Practice. In this capacity, Cheryl and her team drove growth in the practice by working with sales leaders and teams to transform their teams to sell and lead differently.Cheryl came to BTS from the health and wellness industry and served as part of the executive leadership teams with revenue, strategic growth, and operational responsibility. She provided leadership and oversight for the Sales, Client Account Management, Sales Operations, and Enablement teams, as well as the overall operational functions.Cheryl holds a BA in Business Administration and Human Resources from California State University, San Bernardino.Industry expertise: Cheryl has an extensive background in insurance, healthcare, health and wellness, and professional and financial services, and she has broad business experience as an entrepreneur.
