Anthony spent the first seven years of his career working for a company called OceanGrown,Inc., which is a manufacturer of organic fertilizer products based on pure, deep ocean water minerals. After graduating business school, he returned to OceanGrown to serve in the role of CFO for two years before moving to BTS.

Since joining BTS, he has developed and facilitated programs for over thirty different companies across industries. He is a member of the Mindset Specialist team with significant experience in Leadership, Strategy Alignment and BusinessAcumen, Coaching, and in DEI facilitation. He is committed to building valuef or his clients and creating positive transformational outcomes for his participants.

In the nonprofit world, Anthony currently serves as Board Chair for Ecoworks International (fighting poverty in Haiti by creating farming cooperatives) and as Treasurer for the Vero Beach Film Festival.
