André is Senior Vice President and Head of Office in Madrid, and a member of BTS Southern Europe and Latin America management team. His responsibilities include managing client development, leading strategy execution and business transformation projects and managing our consulting operation in the Iberian market.

‍Since joining BTS in 2005, André has been involved in consulting projects, working with top executives, middle managers and front-line leaders for clients such as Repsol (Spain, Latin America and USA), Naturgy (Spain and Latin America), Unilever (Latin America), BBVA (Spain and Latin America), Oracle (Latin America) and Deloitte (Europe, Latin America and USA). His work has mainly involved value-based management in the banking sector, and business system alignment in professional services, consumer goods and energy companies.

André has extensive experience in Energy (Utilities and Oil & Gas), FMCG, Banking and Professional Services, having facilitated workshops for hundreds of managers and executives in each industry.

Previous experience

‍Prior to BTS, André worked as an Investment Analyst in the Corporate Finance and Private Equity areas in Portugal and collaborated with AICEP Portugal (Portuguese Foreign Trade Agency) in several market reports. He is native Portuguese, and fluent in English and Spanish.
