Alex is a Senior Consultant in the Assessment Practice for BTS USA. She has worked with some of the world’s leading organizations to concept, design, and implement valid, high-fidelity assessments used throughout the talent lifecycle, from selection and development to succession planning. Alex provides consulting services in leadership assessment and development, job analyses, and competency modeling. She is skilled in workshop facilitation, assessment content design, and role-playing. She is also skilled in analyzing key talent data and translating it based on her stakeholders' level of understanding and careabouts.Prior to BTS, Alex was an Associate Consultant at I/O Solutions, within their promotional division. There, she led the development and administration of written examinations, situational judgement tests, and assessment centers for her clients across the United States.Alex attended Illinois Wesleyan University, earning a B.A. in Psychology in 2018, as well as attended Roosevelt University – Chicago and earned an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an M.B.A in 2021.Outside of work, Alex enjoys running, sailing, and spending time with her friends and family. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Chicago Industrial Organization Psychologists Society.Industry expertise: Alex’s experience in professional services includes over 3 years in a variety of industries, most notably financial services, consumer-packaged goods, technology, and pharmaceuticals.
